medical mohel sterileRabbi Adam Epstein has degrees in Economics-Mathematics and Philosophy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and later became an ordained rabbi while at Collel Menachem in Brooklyn, NY.

In 2010, he trained and was certified as a mohel to be attentive to all important medical and religious issues as well as to be proficient in the latest in medical technology and science. He continued his training in Israel under various top mohelim in Bnei Brak, Beitar, and Jerusalem.

July 2014, after demonstrating distinguished levels in medical practice and Jewish ritual knowledge and upon performing numerous excellent bris milah procedures, Rabbi Adam Epstein was accepted into the American Board of Ritual Circumcision, qualifying him as a Board Certified Mohel.

In the summer of 2015, Rabbi Epstein became certified as an EMT, joining Hatzalah of Chicago as an emergency responder. In 2020, Rabbi Epstein returned to NYC as a medical student at Touro Osteopathic School of Medicine.

Rabbi Epstein has performed many inspiring, beautiful ceremonies around the US, many prefer him for his focus on patient comfort and pain-free yet sterile methods. He is one of the few mohelim who does not use a clamp, hemostats (medical pliers), or injections; all which can cause needless pain to the baby.

Due to popular request I have included a basic map of where I have traveled for brisim, enjoy:
